I just started this new blog today! I am excited to post my about journey. I am a mother of 3 children who enjoys growing and preparing food. I am currently a Certified Birth Doula at Manchester Hospital.
My latest adventure has been processing peaches. I just cut and froze about 150 pounds of peaches from High Hill Orchard. It is south of Hartford.
